What Others Say

Jennifer and Hunter took incredible care of me. I had a complicated service campaign situation, and they went above and beyond to get it approved. They were kind, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. They did extra research, explained every detail, and made sure I wasn’t left without a vehicle. Service like this is rare. I’m so grateful for them.

This is the best car dealer I have EVER dealt with. They are courteous, have highly knowledgeable master technician, and very reasonable prices. They have looked after our many Hyundais for the past 15 years. One of my cars - a 2010 Genesis Sedan - is still running beautifully after 277,000 miles - thanks to their careful maintenance. I cannot imagine a better dealer.

If I could give a 0-star rating, I would. I was with a family member when she bought a Santa Fe from this dealership. It was a trade in, and they claimed it had been in the service department to be checked out. Obviously, that was not the case. The motor has a recall and the car leaks oil badly. Took the car back in the next day and they refuse to fix it. They told her that it would cost her 4000 to fix the issue. Not an honest dealership.

Went in there tonight to buy a vehicle and the guy told me that the sticker prices are wrong. I have to.add $5000 to the sticker price. Because he said its illegal for them to put any prices that's over the manufacturer price. So my sticker price was 21,000. So that means I was going to pay 26000 before taxes. Well Toyota got the sale and they said it's not true.

I have been a customer of Jim Johnson for 12 years now and I have always had great service for both sales as well as the service department.

Purchased a new Santa Fe and the intake hose to the turbo was not connected. Dealer refused to take responsibility since it was driven down from the Ohio store. Lol. Managers and general manager was a joke along with Hyundai customer service. Will never buy again.
