We were on our way to Ohio from North Dakota when our vehicle died on the highway.. we were towed to this dealership.. The staff when we got there.. Nate was super helpful and understood that this was a bad day for us. They thought it was something simple.. it was not.. The whole engine had blown. They helped us get into a rental and get us on our way to Ohio. The got an engine and replaced it in a week and we were able to pick our vehicle up on the way back thru to North Dakota. We found out later that the engine was on back order and they had found another engine at another dealership and went and got it and put it in ours. We were updated thru text messages.. This was a stressfull time as we were on vacation far from home and far from our destination. I called our dealership back in North Dakota and they told me if it happened here it would take 2-3 months to get my vehicle back. We are so incredibly lucky that the stars aligned and we ended up where we did. I cannot say enough about Nate and even though I dont know his name the technican that dropped all his other jobs to get our car done. This vehicle is my baby and probably the last vehicle i will ever buy so it means the world to me that they got this all done. Words cant express how grateful and lucky we were. He put no pressure on us whatsoever and answered all of our questions with ease. We transitioned to the financial office to meet with Alex. Although it's always painful to spend large amounts of money, the transaction went smoothly. It was evident Alex was knowledgeable and fair. Both gentlemen also stayed an hour past closing time to help us get the deal done. It was a positive experience and I would definitely recommend buying a car from Justin. Next time I am in the market, I will definitely go back to him.
