2020 RDX with 66,000 miles. Problem with intermittent "crackling" in speakers. Brought the car by on 6/29/23 and asked a service rep. to come out and listen to the problem. He agreed there was a connection problem and that Acura was aware and had extended the warranty on the connector. Scheduled an appointment on 7/5/23 for service and repair. Speakers no longer crackled on Monday morning, 7/3/23. Dealership refused to replace the connector on 7/5/23 due to condition not present, said to bring it in when problem re-occurred. Since a service technician did not hear the speakers on 6/29 they could not authorize repair, even though I requested that a service technician listen to the problem on 6/29/23. Terrible customer service. I have owned numerous Acura vehicles since 1986, many purchased from this dealership, and cannot believe that Acura's customer care and service has deteriorated to the level I received today.
Service department manager Karen is extremely rude and unprofessional. Shows a lot about a place a business when manager also known as a “leader” doesn’t show respect towards her valued customers. polite could go a long way.
