We recently acquired a new Forester hybrid from Richard Lucas Subaru. We lost an earlier Forester in an accident and had to acquire a replacement quickly. Lucas made that possible. Working with Sales Consultant John Pujols, we were able to drive away in a wonderful new car in three days. If not for our busy schedules, it could have been even sooner! Lucas had exactly what we needed in stock; John made the paperwork simple, working with both DMV and our insurance company; and he patiently showed us the car’s many new features.
