Once I arrived for my appointment everything went smoothly. The service advisor even went on a ride with me when I arrived to pick up my vehicle to ensure all was well. And it was. I would definitely recommend them.

This is the second vehicle we have purchased at Jim Coleman Nissan from Thomas Marshall and each purchase was outstanding. He listened to our vehicle needs, particularly with price and features, and sold us vehicles that fit those; nothing more than we needed and for a fair price, and no pressure. Then because we wanted a specific color, another salesman working with Thomas (was that Joel?) took off immediately to another dealership to drive back the car we wanted in the color we wanted. We drove it off the lot that afternoon. I'm sorry I forgot the young gentleman's name to call him out specifically because my son and I were really impressed when we returned to get the permanent plates and he recognized us by name! and installed our plates. Outstanding! Great buying experience!

I had a wonderful experience working with Kenneth Faulkner. I had just come out of the hospital and wasn't able to walk the lot easily, so Keneth brought all of the car options right to me. He took the time to explain the features of each one, listened closely to what was most important to me, and guided me towards the perfect choice with so much patience and kindness. He went above and beyond -- after I decided on the car, he even followed my daughter and I home in the new vehicle so I wouldn't have to worry about getting back to the dealership later when I could drive. Kenneth is energetic, thoughtful, and professional. It's clear that he truly cares about his customers.
