This was my first visit after needing to change Nissan Service Centers. It was an overall great experience. I did not feel I was getting overcharged or pushed for unnecessary services. The team shared images and videos along with reasoning for each services that was needed from my original appointment. Thomas was great as an adviser along with the team who supported him and myself. The mechanic team and service team was great as well.
