They never responded. no response, no response, nobody called me or emailed me. no phone call
Poorly serviced inventory. Most have known defects. Nice personality staff but are quick to sell you a line of balogna. Especially when it comes to the contract terms. Bring items to their attention and you get talked to like everyone has brain failure. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!
I asked for information on a particular car they were advertising. I received that information in less than 24 hours. 25 word minimum word word
I inquired but NEVER heard from them. How does a dealer work like that? Apparently doesn't care.
I purchased a Jeep Cherokee Dec 2011 and I must admit that the service was surprisingly great, but after I got home and did some research on the cars price I realize that I was greatly over charged. I was in a bind and I could get a car in the price range I wanted to pay. The KBB value of the car is about 5k - 6k I'm paying 12k. Other than that it was ok and I love my car, oh and they just make sure that their cars can pass inspection, and if they do they DO NOT do any other work on them. But over all I give them 2 1/2 stars.
