Why buy a car from a dealership with ambiguous addon options and charges exceeding $3,000 on every car that in reality, has little or no value? Also, every Sunset Cadillac Dealership has a similar added option and cost. They outdo themselves at Sunset BUICK GMC dealer in Sarasota where the array of low value services is expanded and the addon cost exceeds $4,000. Carroll Buick of Venice offers comparable quality vehicles without these excess costs. In response to a previous rating, they claimed "They strive for transparency" Transparency is not a word that comes to mind. In a discussion with them about this addon, they indicated their customers are glad to buy it. I asked most of your customers are glad to pay $2,000 for the addon option for services that at best are worth a few hundred dollars. His response: They don't scrutinize it the way I did. Interesting, in his eyes lack of scrutiny equates to open acceptance and satisfaction.
Being from Detroit, my aunt & uncles have always had Cadillacs. I was a hybrid owner until I was in a recent accident that totaled my Prius. . I bought a used 2013 Cadillac for safety and reliability and am thrilled with it. I still want a hybrid but am saving for a Cadillac Hybrid.
Had a great experience in the service department last month. I just recently bought my CTS in Bradenton and I discovered an oil leak from the Timing Cover Gasket and I brought my car in and was taken car of very wonderfully. Enjoying a breakfast in the waiting room because I had no time to eat before I left my house. I was also taken all the way home by an excellent driver in a XT5 due to the waiting time for the service on my car. The service was free of charge due to me just buying the car and also under CPO. I also just had my oil changed on my Cadillac today and I had an amazing experience. Dean was very helpful to letting me know how long it will be and what exactly they will be doing and when. I love this place!!
There is a reason this dealership is almost 5 stars. They are a very professional dealership with really nice people working here. I did my whole deal from the other side of the state in Palm Bay and dealt with a wonderful young lady named Lyndsay Skully. We Facetimed so I could look all around the truck inside and out. She started it up and all sounded great. After the phone call she put the truck on a lift and sent me pictures of the underside too. We negotiated the price and dealer fee all via text. I sent all pics of documents and licenses via text. So the entire deal was done via phone and so that all the papers were pretty much ready to go once I arrived. I took it for a test drive and all was in order. The 2013 F150 was in amazing condition and was for my 20 year old son. The finance manager, John Fisher, was also very nice and helpful. Although it was a 6 hour drive round trip, it was well worth it because the whole transaction was done the way I like to do business. All upfront and no sneaky fees or lies like most dealerships. Plus we got a very fair deal on a great truck. I highly recommend this dealership and my salesperson Lynsday! Thank you so much for making the purchase of this vehicle so pleasant and easy!
This is the best car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Ty was great! I have never been one to enjoy car shopping but he made it very easy. I will recommend my friends and family to Ty Lowery and Crest Cadillac.
