What Others Say

I placed a request with them, that when they had taken possession of a 2008 Cadillac a phone call would be placed to me. After viewing it, I found their description to be accurate. My mechanic reviewed this vehicle and recommended only minor repairs which they performed immediately. The automobile was so well cleaned and polished, that I felt like I drove away in a brand new one. Bob Baker has a great crew working for him that you cannot help, enjoying a satisfied experience.

Dealing with Dorchester Motor Sales myself was so satisfying I would highly recommend this place. I myself have purchased a vehicle from both Bob Sr. and Jr. The common courtesy they have shown has been overwhelming. The're honesty, prices, great selection of vehicles and highly professional. I have to mention how accomodating these kind gentlemen have been to my older Aunt. She does not understand much about dealing with this sort of thing and can be difficult. They could not have been nicer as far as explaining and helping her out with much more than they needed to and she is more than satisfied with her new vehicle. This dealership is above and beyond any I've dealt with in the past and would come with great recommendation in my book.

Owners are very, very rude to elderly women and they take advantage of their kindness. They lie about their cars and try to mascara them to make you think they are good cars, when really they are toilets. They don't want to pay for anything under warranty that is wrong with the car. They catch attitudes when they get called out and asked about selling toilets that have so many problems. They only talk down to women because the minute a man walks in to the office they back down and appologize for their attitudes. All their cars have way too many miles on them and are over priced. DO NOT GO HERE, THIS PLACE IS A NIGHTMARE. They are not honest, reliable, nice people that they make you think they are when first buying. These people are a bunch of no good crooks. Just take a look at their website it says it all, 15,000 dollars for a car with 90,000 miles on it. And almost all their cars are high milage. Than when things go wrong they wont fix anything for you, and believe me things will go wrong. They threatin old lady's on the phone and have them in tears when they don't know whats wrong with their car, because they know they are wrong. On a scale of one to ten this place is a 0. Owners are jerks, cars over priced and toilets. It's like walking down freeport st and getting mugged (same thing)
