Great job by Jose Velasquez in the Service Department replacing my water pump, coolant flush and oil change. My water pump had died, and I called up VW Serice and Jose confirmed that it was under warranty. I had it towed, and Jose took it into the garage. Completed the task in 1 day. On Nov 7th I had my car battery replaced at VW of Huntington. From the minute I called to schedule my appointment to the day of my visit, everything went very smoothly and each employee I encountered did a great job. Jose was my service representative - he greeted me very nicely and kept me informed about the progress on my repair as well as providing an explanation of all that had been done. While I waited for my repair, I spoke with Dave in the F&I department and he did a fabulous job explaining and selling me an extended warranty that meets my particular needs. I definitely will return to this dealership.
