Eric in finance was very efficient and very personable, and the parts and service department is, literally and figuratively, a well oiled machine as a whole with a great leader! Tyler, leading the parts and service department, was very helpful when I had questions regarding services included within my purchase, and took the time to explain everything in depth to my level of understanding. I've been looking for an EV9 for about a year and kept coming up against not being able to fit it into my budget. Finally, Rockwall Kia, specifically Malena and David, were able to find an option that would work! We live about 4 hours away, and during that time they found solutions for every obstacle every step of the way, including getting us a charger adapter for our drive home. We are THRILLED, amd the whole ride home in our new car (which felt like floating a spaceship down the highway) was surreal. We're looking forward to many happy years in our family's new vehicle.

I have been dealing with Southwest Kia since 2016. They seem to be better than all the many previous dealer ships that I have dealt with. I bought 2 Kias from them. The service department is good to deal with. Brock Bhatti was good service reps. 2 years ago they did keep my Kia for 6 weeks after 2 tow-ins. They had a problem diagnosing the problem.They gave me a loaner car. Their service reps are always courteous and helpful. I would give Southest Kia of Rockwall Texas 4 stars.
