Our service experience at Royal Kia is always world class and it starts with David Loper. David has been my trusted service writer for many years. My wife and I would not trust our 2024 Kia Sorento to anyone but Dave! In fact, my son owns a 2025 Kia Seltos…David is his service advisor. Dave knows my son is a school teacher and Dave takes care of him like he is family! Dave has also taken care of my daughter’s Kia long distance. My daughter and her husband reside in Denver but Dave has gone out of his way to help them when in Tucson. Dave’s sincere care is a reflection of the ownership’s commitment to customer care.
Never had such a wonderful experience with a dealership before. Just got in a car accident and was dreading the process of getting another vehicle.
