I spent over 4 months trying to find the right car for me and kept getting nowhere. When I first arrive at King Richard’s I was not expecting anything different than every other dealership I’d been to, but walking around I immediately saw the high quality and condition of all the cars. I was drawn to a Subaru Outback that is honestly the nicest looking used car I’ve ever seen. The interior is UNREAL and loaded with more options than I’ll ever understand. Low mileage, low price, and a smooth test drive and I was sure I’d found the car. Lou was a gentleman and knows his business well—not pushy and very accommodating. I have faaar from ideal credit and had a co-signer and Lou worked hard to make me a deal that worked for me. The next day I came to pick up the car and Richard let me know that they were able to lower my rate even more!!! I’m so happy to have a car but I’m ecstatic with how fabulous the quality is! Nicest car I’ve ever had and I feel like a million bucks. I’d refer them to anyone looking for a car/truck.

My daughter went there the first time she tried to buy a car on her own. They took advantage of her with every trick in the book. Fortunately she walked out and got her deposit back.

Best car buying experience Ive had. Secured a very luxurious BMW X5 from King Richard's and the customer service, knowledge and helpfulness Luis and Jose provided was something rarely seen when buying a car. Both of these guys went above and beyond and were incredibly nice. Even now, 2 weeks after the purchase, Jose the finance guy, helped me with my autopay and some loan questions. Plus, he's funny as xxxx. And Luis is informative without being pushy and applying pressure - something no one wants to feel in a car lot. Sealed the deal then they came back and said no warranty , sticker on window said there was a warranty , stay clear of this place . to top it all off 3 hours later , paperwork signed money out of my pocket into theirs , then get hit with the no warranty bull crap ! Luckily I got my money back !!
