We had both of trucks in for safety check. It was fast and convenient. The online appointment calendar should be easier to navigate. Have a drop down box on all the different services so you don’t have to go searching to find it. Be sure the appointments that is scheduled online is honored. If you can’t do it don’t have it available to click. I made two different appointments and my oil change appointment was rescheduled. Then our safety check appointments were rescheduled as well. Other than that service has been great.

Great experience, the team was knowledgeable, friendly, and went above and beyond to get me into my new car. Highly recommend.

We were not intending to buy a car but CJ did a great job giving us information and went out of his way to make sure the car fit in our garage. Although he is new to the company, CJ provided exceptional customer service. All went smoothly except for mistake made Finance Dept. Alex Shu specifically wrote a note per our instructions to hold check until July 17, but found out from bank that we were short of funds because check was cashed on July 15! This is a huge error that greatly impacted our trust in Honolulu GMC Cadillac.
