MJ was excellent. Very attentive and great with communication and support during the entire process. He even made a video of the car for me since I am not located in the Annapolis area. And when I flew into the Baltimore airport to close the deal and take delivery, MJ arranged for a porter from the dealer to pick me up at the airport, saving me the cost of an Uber ride. Maria, the business manager that I worked with, was extremely well organized and efficient, and we got through the electronic paperwork process very quickly. When the deal was done, they even sent me off with a full tank of gas! Overall, an excellent experience.
