Not only there were hidden charge to purchase the vehicle,they tried to tell me my trade-in had a blown engine and that engine oil was mixing with my engine coolant. Well I drove my "damaged car two and a half hours back home, took it to a detailing shop, took it to have my coolant inspected and the "oil" in the coolant was what I said. Water pump lubricant. Oil pressure is perfect, cooling system is perfect, transmission is perfected, safety check shows no service due. It looks to me you guys were totally incompetent or trying to con me big time. I bought a 2019 Ford Lariat from another dealer, did not trade my car in. It was appraised at $10,500 and its up for sale now.
