He spent a lot of time with me explaining everything I needed to know. I leased from "another dealership" in 2023, the salesman was so pushy, and I felt like he really did not care as long as he sold me a lease. Al was not like that at all. He gave me my options and let me decide what I needed or did not need. I will be returning to this dealership in 3 years when my lease vehicle needs to be turned in. My daughter also leases from the "other" dealership, and she has decided to go to Upstate in Attica NY in one year when her lease is up. Very pleased with my whole visit at Upstate, Attica, NY.
