Stopped in to see what was available in used Pacificas. I was greeted at the door my John. He was pleasant and very respectful to me which in some cases are not the norm for a lady looking at vehicles. John immediately brought in 2 vans ithat I was interested in looking at. He was very knowledgeable and went over each van. As I was closer to making my decision Josh joined us going over more financial decisions. In the end everyone I met supported me during this process. I was very pleased with the welcoming atmosphere and time spent without any pushy tactics. The process was smooth and completed in a timely manner. It was wonderful being in a dealership that truly treated you with kindness. Then to top it off I did buy the Chrysler Pacifica that I really wanted!
