Bought my Ram 1500 from Joe. Straight forward people. Friendly environment easy going and straight forward people. Great selection of inventory. It’s my go to dealership from now on. Aaron has a great team. Great fun and easy buying experience.
This is my third car purchased from Tyson, and my second from Rex. Always professional and thorough. They got me in and out quickly, and showed me what I asked for first, without trying to upsell me into something that I did not ask for.

I want to thank Matt at Tyson Motors for making the car buying process smooth and stress-free. He was very professional, easy-going, and never pressured my cousin Ethan into buying the brand new 2025 Ram 1500 Big Horn. We explained to Matt and Manager Aaron the experience we had at DuPage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Glendale Heights, IL and even showed them the offer we were given after what they offered us. What really surprised us is that DuPage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM uses the same bank (Stellantis Financial) as Tyson Motors, yet the numbers were completely different. At Dupage, they only offered partial rebates with a 7.9% rate, but at Tyson Motors, my cousin qualified for all the rebates with 3.9% for 72 months. That is a 4.0% difference added up to over $7,200 in savings and lowered the monthly payment by over $100. On top of that, we were in and out of the dealership in less than 2 hours, which is almost unheard of when buying a new truck. We’re so glad we trusted our gut and came to Tyson Motors. Huge thanks to Matt and Aaron for the outstanding service and for giving us a deal that beat DuPage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM by a mile. Highly recommend!
Overall experience was good, my biggest issue when I bought my 2025 Ram 2500 is when I took possession, the truck what not clean and no where near show room ready. The salesman Jake agreed that it was not clean, but after sitting in the dealership for three hours, I didnt want to wait for it to be detailed. I took it home and the next day I went to vacuum it and pulled the floor mats and the carpet wasn't even vacuumed. There was muddy foot prints on the floor board, dirt on the carpet, marks on the paint. I texted Jake and asked if I could get a detail at some point in the future and he told me to bring it in the next day to have it cleaned and I told him I already cleaned it because it wasn't done well. After I texted him, I never heard back. If I do purchase another vehicle from this dealership (this is my 4th from them) I will make sure it's clean before I sign the paperwork.
Rex and the staff went above and beyond our expectations. As repeat customers once again, we are very happy with our purchase.
