No one contacted me about the ford escape I was interested in. I was disappointed.

I was called back to dealership because the technician left an instrument in my car. I made the 50 mile round trip back to dealership. The technician found the tool and said thank you. I thought I should have been offered some compensation for returning to dealership but nothing g was offered.

We was in the market for a bigger SUV and had seen one at the dealership on a Sunday. I went online to check out more info and sent in a request. The next morning they was prompt on getting back with me and made sure the vehicle was available for our appointment. The process took a total of maybe 2.5 hours from start to finish.
