At a time when customer service has been in a steady decline it was great to do business with Lisa at Harlan Ford. Lisa my sales rep was outstanding and kept me up to speed as my new Maverick was being built and shipped. My truck was clean and had a full tank of gas when I picked it up. I didn't have to pay a ridiculous and erroneous dealers fee or surcharge, and I received a fair trade in value.
