Low pressure sales. Didn't try to sale me anything I didn't want, was up front about the extended warranty. Had my needs before his which is rare in this day and age. Explained the process of using Ford Credit vs other ways to finance, and was helpful throughout the entire process. I have bought many cars before, but this was simple and straight forward. I dealt with Mac and never had to go through a finance officer, which I liked. From start to finish I only worked with one person. I haven't had to take the truck back yet for service, so I'll update once I did this. It's worth the drive if you want low pressure, sales.
