I stopped at this dealer ship on my way back to Michigan to have them do a force regeneration on my 2017 F250. They completed the service and then called me out to my truck to tell me I had a small rear differential leak but said they topped it off and I would be able to make it home. Eight hours later I’m sitting on the side of the highway with my differential blown to pieces. Now Im stranded outside of Oklahoma City at 10pm. Fast forward to Monday and I get a call and text from Whiteface ford that they have my differential plug and wanted to know if they wanted me to have them mail it to me. I called them and told them about the catastrophic failure with my rear differential. They said they would get back to me and let me know what they would do. Total cost to fix my truck was over 12k. Now they won’t answer my calls and no one will call me back. I’m not looking for much but you would think they would at least refund the service charge for the work they did on my truck of 420.00 and pay the 600.00 towing charge. I would never recommend them to anyone. Beware if you use them for service on your vehicle. They made a catastrophic mistake and won’t take responsibility for it. I have the voice mail and the text from their employee saying they have my differential plug. I was just asking for them to do the right thing and they won’t even respond to me. How shameful.

If you are a customer, you are rated on importance. If you are an employee, you already have one leg out the door! You can do everything for Jon Galland and you are just a number to him......replaceable, even if you make a mistake because of the UNCOMPINSATED things you do for him, and mistake you may or may not make,....you are "FIRED"! as a previous employee you are nothing more than replaceable, if you work here or want to work here.....DON'T DO anything additional for "FREE", he will abuse you till he fires you...and, it doesn't matter about the customers he effects doing so!!! This is a dangerous place because of Jon Galland!
