Purchased a new 2024 Jeep Gladiator. Great experience. Sales guy Alan was the best. I recommend this store.
I am saying NEVER take your vehicle to them for to fix. They have had our truck for 7 weeks and still don't know what is wrong with it. They keep saying it might be this or it might be that. We have had to rent a vehicle twice because of appointments out of town. I suggest you do not ever take your car to them to be fixed. They will rip you off and tell you that its this part no that didn't work must be another part and keep adding to the bill.
This dealership is only in it to get the most money out of you. Representatives will pressure you into every possible plan even when you strongly express you don’t want them. If there is anything you need to come back for, expect a headache if you get a response at all. Once you sign the paperwork, they completely wash their hands of you and will not even take the time to help you in person once discovering you aren’t there for a new purchase. My advice is to avoid this place at all costs. They will cost you more money in the end and hardly ever honor their online prices. Just go elsewhere
For the most part things were ok. I felt pressured to purchase extended warranty after I expressed I would purchase my own. I was only given one key. I was contacted and told they had the second key and asked if it could be mailed cause I live an hour away but haven’t heard anything. I was also told the vehicle had and oil change and upon checking it a day later the oil was very dark and a quart low. Took it to get oil change and they confirmed it had not been changed.
Sad but real Josh and Katie told me that a diagnosis was $180 dollars. 2 hours later they ask me to pay $800 dollars for a further diagnosis. A rip off I had my car towed to a street Machanic and all I need was a belt. They knew it but tried to get more money out of me. Josh and Katie are sad individuals and need to be reported. Sad place to go I recommend no one to go there.
Brought a brand new car $80000 and they charged me for a ceramic coat that was never applied I tried to call and fix the issue and they basically told me screw off and I should’ve checked it before I left I could care less about The ceramic they applied because I was going to do that anyway. Why would I check out a brand new car. It’s new the car itself is fine but they don’t Value customers I will be calling a lawyer. Don’t shop here if you do don’t buy the product they sale on top of the car because it’s a waste of money especially there ceramic coating because they have a untrained employee that don’t know what he’s doing you can find better dealerships only reason I went here is because they had the SRT DURANGO I wanted and don’t go the their first offer I did get the car for price wanted and don’t trade your car in there either they will lo ball you I don’t want you to say they will fixed the problem I’m good They don’t even know about the cars they be selling if they can’t tell you anything information or cool facts about the car do really want to do business with someone who doesn’t know about the brand y’all give Mopar and Stellantis a bad reputation
