What Others Say

First of all we special ordered a new “right hand drive” jeep, put down a $1000 deposit, and waited months for it to arrive. The jeep was to be a work vehicle for her job delivering mail, which was required to be right hand drive. We called Mike Terry Jeep daily-weekly to see if it had arrived. After several months the dealership called us to say it was in. THANK GOODNESS! But when we drove to Hillsboro to pick it up they had sold it out from under us to someone who would pay more! Even though we had put down a $1000 deposit when we ordered it. Do Not Deal With Mike Terry!!! Much more to this story! So we wound up getting the jeep back but now it was used and had many miles on it, but they had us between a rock and a hard place because my wife HAD to have this right hand drive vehicle for her job. They also sold her a $5000 “extra” warranty. So now the transmission goes out, we take it in for service, and it sat in their shop for over SIX WEEKS. We finally get it back and the transmission warning light came on again. It has now been in the shop now for 8 days and they have not even looked at it! They know my wife needs her jeep for work. Please! Do not ever deal with Mike Terry.

They will make sure to mess you over and have you stuck in an extremely over priced vehicle with no after sale service. I wouldn't recommend them for an oil change much less the purchase of a new or used vehicle. Freedom CDJR in Fairfield is at least honest and upfront. They will lie to your face just to get the deal and then continue to screw you over for the life of your vehicle

This is the worst dealership. They have no communication or knowledge. They could not even tell me who the manager was. Took my jeep in for a starter now after 3 months in shop it suddenly needs a new engine without even doing a diagnostic test because it wont start but charging me for one. if you expect anyone to call you back good luck on that. Would not buy or take anything else to them.

Bought a new Ram, had it one day, took it back to them and they had it 55 days before they fixed it, Now the new owner TEERY will not honor any agreements. Would not recommend the RAM dealership in Hillsboro to anybody.

Seems like they are terrible about getting plates to customers after purchase. I bout my son his first car from this dealership in mid-July 4 1/2 months ago......still no licenses plates. What really ticks me off is that they called me over 2 weeks ago to tell me that the plates were in. I live 45 minutes away and they said they would mail the plates to my home address. I called yesterday and they said that the lady who sent them had the tracking number and she would call me with the information. 6 hours later, I called them (a bit bent out of shape) to express my frustration. They had no information and acted surprised that I was upset. By the way, I myself bought a 2021 Jeep Wrangler from Don Davis in Arlington on Oct 12 and got my license plates before the end of the month. Bossier tries to explain it off as a Hill County problem with the plates.......the plates come from the state not the county. They are incompetent and don't take ownership of their poor service.

They are terrible people. They reached out to me. After I said I wasn’t looking unless they had a good deal they came up with one and we called and emailed me all day. We agreed on a price, and they agreed on a price for my trade, and then they charged $500 to hold my vehicle. The next morning I got up and drove two hours to their dealership only to find out that they let my truck get sold out from under me. They could not find another but we’re going to make it right. They found me one, but I was going to need to come up with $1-2000 on the final price. I asked to speak to the owner and he was too busy to speak with me. Bait and switch shop and do not care. They knew they screwed up and had no intentions to make up for it. You are just someone who walked in. I was 100% honest with them and kept my word 100%. They lied and did not honor their quotes. Sorry sorry people. Blake and Brenda were supposed to be the best people and willing to make a deal but they will get you in the door and not have your vehicle. They then called me and said it was my fault for being so picky and having such high demands. Great people for telling the customer they are wrong
