They sold me a lemon, customer service leaves more to be desired, and they don’t give out loaners. VW Customer Care gave me a refund on the car based on California's Lemon Law.

Victor V had me in for a service appointment the day after I called, and my car was ready the day after that. He was prompt, professional, knowledgeable and communicative about the status of the repair. I’ll be bringing my car back for future service!
Service Consultant Brandi Grower is rude and very unhelpful. Took my VW there for an oil change and to have a rattling noise in the door checked. After 4 hours, got a call that the car was ready. Asked her if they found cause of the rattling noise, and she said they couldn't hear it! When I went to pick up the car, I could hear the noise as soon as I started the car. Went back inside and asked Brandi if a technician can sit in the car for one minute, so that I can point out the noise to them. She rudely told me that they don't have time for that. Told her I have driven 40 miles for this appointment and waited 4 hours, the least they can do is sit in the car for one minute. She said: "I might be able to come and listen to the noise myself, but you have to wait at least 30 minutes because there are other people waiting". When I pointed out that I have been waiting for 4 hours also and can't wait anymore, she gave me the same rude response and I decided to leave.
Amazing service from Martin!! Came in for an oil change and tires, Martin went above and beyond to make sure I got the best service and deals.
