I took my car to service in November of 2025 due to steering issues. The issues stemmed from an item missed from a previous collision repair earlier in the year. It took 4 months to get my car back! I was given a loaner while my car was being serviced, which I appreciated very much especially given the duration I was without. Communication was bare minimum. I usually had to reach out weekly to get any kind of update and then it was the same answer every week. My car's particular issue was well hidden and did take many minds/hands to figure out but I still feel 4 months is excessive. I was treated well considering the frustration everyone was feeling. I now have my car and appears to be driving great.

If they was very helpful fast Aunt, they got the job done. I had a great experience at the Chevrolet dealership and Alvin. The salesman was a great help to looking forward to buying another car from them

Austin who guided me and my girlfriend through the process he also took us on a tour of the car lot to look at other options the we inquired about and at the end we made our final decision on the vehicle that we had set out to purchase.
