I viewed the ratings here before visiting the dealership. So, I was prepared for the worst. My experience however was far from that. Unfortunately for the dealership I didn't purchase from them - partially due to these reviews. The vehicle I looked at was priced great! I couldn't find an issue with it at all. You might say it was too good... so that combined with the poor reviews kept my wallet in my pocket. Also they did tell me they were charging $600 for the windows tinting on the vehicle, which is WAY too high and a ridiculous markup anyway. But I want to see the good in people and maybe, just maybe, this dealership is trying to rebrand itself. The young salesman I delt with was courteous and professional and seemed genuinely interested in trying to get me into the vehicle I was looking at. But they did break out the '4-square' worksheet which a little online research will tell you to walk away from if the salespeople bring it out... So maybe they have some room for improvement. But again, my experience there was nothing like I expected. Give them a chance.

Worst decision made I am a first time buyer and didn't think tis through first of all please do not buy from this place !!!!!!!!!!!! I should of read more reviews about it but no it didn't come to mind. Bought a Hydaui accent about a month ago, the first day I took it home the check engine light as turned on and I was super mad !!!!!!!! Of course I immediately contacted them and they told me to bring it in again so they can fix it and I live a hour away so I was more mad. They did fix it but I feel like the cars there are savage or soemthing my car I have had now for a month I see the paint is coming off. I am so fusterated since I well be paying this car off for a couple of years !!!!!!!!!!! Do not go there please save yourselfs I learned my lesson and well follow up with it for years never buying there again.

Do Not Deal with this company** Horrible customer service and they lie to get your money*** My husband and I went here to find a car and had the worst experience ever! We were told that we could get a car with $3,000 down but it would be a "starter" car through this program. Then turned around and said we needed a cosigner in order to get anything. My husband asked to speak with the manager Chris but the sales guy said he was "too busy". My husband asked for the manager Chris last name but the sales agent refused to give it out. As we sat there talking to the agent in the middle of the sales floor, Chris "the manager" walks out accusing us of starting trouble because my husband asked for his last name. He then gets irate and tells us he doesn't want our business and proceeds to kick us out and tells his staff to call the police. SMH! I am sincerely surprised that this place is still open and hasn't been sued yet! SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME, FRUSTRATION AND A CREDIT PULL BECAUSE auto Equity is the WORST! I wish I could have gave 0 stars!

So bought my first car here 2017 hydaui loved it but the day I took it home the check engine light suddenly turned on I was mad furious like how is this happening so I call them to let them know had to take the car all the way to Phoenix I live a hour away , and they took care of the issue but , barely having a month with my car is see the paint is waring off ? Like is that even normal are these cars , savage ? Worst decision ever , got a high interest rate and I have a credit score 730 . But lesson learned never ever buying from this place again please please do not buy from here it’s a scam and I stupidly feel for it I should of went someone else !!!

Don't buy from here! They are selling lemons and previously wrecked cars! Don't be fooled by the low mileage and prices! Stephanie H.
