Tom Bush BMW has the best service team I have ever encountered. Many times I learn that what I thought was a serious problem, turns into an easily solved issue. Other times the on a lift inspection reveals an issue that I had not discovered, but requires serious attention. My assigned service agent, Tommy Durham, often makes suggestions that clearly saves me money in the future. When parts are needed, David Levin, Parts Manager, always works to get the needed parts at the lowest prices and fastest delivery available.
