When you buy a car from this dealership (BMW in Richland) they offer you a lifetime oil change service that you pay extra for. Their lifetime is only 7 years .They said that I didn't read the small print.

I love Tim Bush Motor's. I originally was looking for someone to change my oil in my Volvo and am a little particular who handles my car, but this was such a great experience the first time, I have been a customer since. They always are ready to serve!

Great dealership with knowledgable employees assisting in all departments. I purchased a used truck from there 5 years ago and their shop has helped me on mechanical repairs quickly and at a price affordable. My family also has bought vehicles and have been very happy with the whole experience. Tim Bush is on the site often and always greets us with a friendly smile and thanked us for our business in his dealership.

They do not "make things right". After purchase of an 07, we had to go buy keys and fobs. After speaking with the owner Tim; it is our fault and we should have asked for that to be in the deal. With all the vehicles my husband and I have purchased we have never had to ask for a key or fob to be included in the deal.
