I would give zero stars if I could, but the general manager, Anthony Delgado was very pleasant and attentive to my needs. The service manager Steve never came out after repeated request. I came in for an oil change and I heard some noise on my right side. They immediately said it wasn’t covered under my warranty. I Purchased the car brand new almost three years ago and they said because it was in an accident on the carfax 2 years ago I will have to take it back to where I got it repaired, but they were sure to charge me $358 for a oil change and diagnostic and they didn’t do absolutely any work other than change my oil not to mention the service advisor Michael Ennis was terrible. He had an attitude each time he greeted me and he pushed me out for an oil change for two months last time I was there which is why I ask for a manager. I purchased a car here and have got my service done here several times but it’s looking like I’ll never return.

The management team was great. Kash was so helpful and very knowledgeable… setting up the systems for me as well..always familiar faces when you walk in the door. My 6th car from Rick Case…

I worked with Braxton in sales , he was excellent to deal with. Managers and finance all did well. A good deal all around.
