The Elk Grove dealership (service department) has been terrible since 2018. I’ve had several instances where the follow through has been subpar. On my recent visit, I informed the service provider (Big Red) that my bumper was not on correctly. There was no follow through to determine how that happened. I take great care of my vehicle and have never altered the bumper so when I noticed it not flush I let service know and they did nothing to resolve the issue. This is simply not a well-ran department and it’s been that way for a long time.
Service was quick and good. The agent was very friendly as well. No hassles at dealership
I really appreciate the seamless process of purchasing a vehicle from the dealership. Everyone was very respectful and there was not a lot of pressure. That made the purchasing process very pleasant.
