If there were a sixth star, I’d be demanding it right now! From the moment I rolled into the service drive, I was in the presence of an absolute LEGEND. Gabe Brigman anticipated my needs before I even spoke, like some sort of automotive clairvoyant. Questions? Answered with the precision of a NASA engineer. Concerns? Addressed with the empathy of a lifelong friend. Updates? Frequent, clear, and delivered with the confidence of a news anchor breaking a world-shattering story. He could teach a masterclass in customer care. By the time I left, my vehicle was in pristine condition, my nerves were soothed, and my faith in humanity was restored. Honestly, if service advisors were Olympic athletes, Gabe would have taken home the gold, set a world record, and still had time to sign autographs for his fans. If you’re lucky enough to have him handle your service needs, congratulations — you’ve officially won the customer-service lottery.

Service Department did a great job and got me in and out in a timely manner
Did a great job of replacing a bulb for my rear single blinker but the price was out of this world in pricing for a bulb that cost at least $6.00 ,I think we should have been told what it was going to cost in advanced we are 79 &77 years old and on fixed income and in the last 3 months a lot of sickness in an out of the hospital and on very expense medication for heart failure .Been a customer of yours since 2015 .
