We contacted Joe Maus Mazda about a new 2021 Mazda CX-5 . We had Scott Bonack (BDC manager), and Mike Brooks from the sales team get right back to me. They both were awesome, friendly, and had everything ready for us to test drive a new Mazda when we arrived at the dealership. All they needed was a copy of my drivers license. Mike went with us on a test drive, explained all the features of the SUV, and made me feel comfortable knowing this was the car for us. The FAMILY atmosphere is incredible at this dealership. I never in 35 years of buying cars have had a better experience. The process from start to finish was a little over an hour not including the great test drive. Hannah Maus helped me with the financing end of the sale. She was awesome! She answered every question we had and was a pleasure to talk with. This dealership will have a lifelong customer in me. This is my 4th Mazda from Independence Mazda. all 4 times my sales person was George. I have to say that I had a comfort level with Him. It was not like other car dealerships was you feel pressured. It was relaxes and He always worked hard to benefit me the customer. For those who are looking to buy a car I highly recommend George. As for the dealership it was a very comfortable setting and the coffee is great.
