BEWARE! My review concerns the service department. Left my LR for windshield leak and inspection / check-up. Picked it up and was told the visual inspection was normal including the cooling system and the windshield (no cracks, when there was clearly a crack on the driver's side). On the way home, my LR overheated and the engine blew up. When I called to talk to the rep, he said he would have the technician that looked at it give me a call. He never did. I left 3 messages for service dept manager to call over 4 days. He never called. I emailed the dealership manager and he called me a liar. He said he couldn't see where I had called at all on the call log from my cell phone. That's because I called from my office phone. He was more worried about whether or not I actually called than in discussing the problem with the LR. The attitude trickles down from the top! I emailed the dealership owner to talk to him about my LR. He basically said I was the victim of bad luck and that I had never actually asked for diagnostics. So, again, I was called a liar. Worse than that, my truck was running fine before I left it with service department. After leaving it with them, I now need a new engine that costs more than the LR is worth to replace.
Very disappointed in my experience as they were not willing to give me a fair price on my trade in. I have owned many Range Rover’s products from many dealers and never felt like I was being short changed.
Advertising cars that were never available for sale… showing customer orders on website with pricing. A bit deceptive.
I have worked with Jay Jackson on a few occasions. I will always ask for him because he is awesome to work with! Revonda Hawkins
I am new to the Nashville area and walked into Nashville Range Rover to look at a new Range Rover. All of the staff at the dealership made my wife and I feel like we had been doing business at the dealership for years . Nohigh pressure sale tactics just very informative about the product line. We ended up purchasing a new car from the dealer that day and from sale to delivery the experience was excellent. The staff instantly made us customers for life. I highly recommend this dealer if you are looking for a new Range Rover.
Love this place and the experience we had. We took the vehicle demonstration on the rock trail they have there and I have to say that these truly are amazing vehicles.
