Recently had several vehicles stolen from there lot. I was interested in one of them. Was driven hard, smoked inside, external paint damage. Said only 500 off MSRP. That’s crazy. It was stolen and abused. Once the CARFAX comes in. Its value will tank! They don’t care and only want the most money. You will do better going elsewhere.
Will never buy another car from them. Poor customer service and rude. They do not care about their customers.
I wish I would have seen all the negative review here before getting involved with them but here’s a copy of the email I sent the owner “ I just wanted to let you know that I’m really unhappy with the transaction process I’m from Massachusetts and I had started a deal with Rick Mcvay I believe regarding your 2020 1500 rebel white. Done the pre approval thru Chrysler capital, did the finance application thru your website on Thursday, gave him all the information on my payout vehicle, everything he needed to start the deal. That was Thursday, I even offer him to come Sunday but he said you guys were close He just texted me this morning, saying that he was finally calling Vw to try to get the payout but unfortunately the ram has been sold yesterday and trying to put me in another v6 quad cab when I wanted a v8 crew cab. Is it how you guys do business? Getting all the person information and then try to put them on something you want out the lot? I'm very angry at your dealership this morning. That Rick guy might need to be replace by someone who actually care about internet sale and don't take 6 days to get a payout... Thanks for nothing ”
I brought my jeep sahara from Artioli Dodge almost 3 months ago.Shortly after i brought the jeep the dealer had burnt down in flames.Dan my salesman had done the best he could under the circumstances. Finally received my floor mats yesterday 7/26.And i gave dan and the dealer a rating of 5.He did the best he could under these circumstances.
I brought my vehicle in for service and they were so easy to deal with. My service representative was Kimberly and she was super helpful and after talking to her for a few min a realized she really knew her cars and was very good at her job. My car was fixed in a few days ( cheaper than I thought ) and I was impressed. I would recommend these guys to anybody. Tony. AGAWAM MASS.
Purchased my vehicle there, new in 2015. No complaints with the purchase or vehicle. Brought it for service recently for oil, transfer case and differential oil changes. Also Tire Rotation, wheel balance, and replacement of the fuel level sensor, a common issue that had been done previously there 5 years ago ago. They (wanted to) charged me $703 dollars for the service not including the fuel level sensor. They wanted another $680 for that! When I went to pick up the vehicle I went through the itemized bill. They tried to charge me a 75 dollar diagnostic fee for the fuel level sensor issue even though I explained to them exactly what the issue was and that its a common issue and even though they didnt fix it! They also individually charge you for each individual item. $70 dollars labor for front diff fluid change, $70 dollars labor for rear diff fluid change, $70 dollars labor for transfer case fluid change? $210 dollars labor for three items that you do simultaneously in about 45min. But they’ll tell you: “We have a half hour minimum labor charge”. Ya per. Each little item, ridiculous! The only item on the bill that was reasonable was the oil and filter change, $60 bucks. I only gave them 2 stars because they gave me a vehicle to use (because they were also doing 4 recall items) and the oil change fee was realistic. Other than that be ready to take a second mortgage out on your house to get your vehicle fixed. I guess it stings a little more than the usual because on top of everything else I bought the vehicle there? And on top of that its a bit short sighted on their part as I’m getting pretty close to getting a new vehicle and their dealership certainly wont be on my short list. GET THE ESTIMATE FIRST! You’ll probably end up going somewhere else…….anywhere else.
