From the start Jeff and Cheryl were as kind and helpful as they could be. They worked to put me in the perfect car for me and within my budget. They bent over backwards to repair or replace a few things I mentioned were in need of attention and made sure I was satisfied. If anyone asks, I will highly recommend them!

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had buying a car. TO be honest, its the worst experience I have ever had in dealing with a "business". Jeff (the owner), is one of the most dishonest and crooked people I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. Do not buy a car from this place.

I purchased a vehicle about a year ago from these guys. About a couple of months after i started having problems with the transmission. Took the vehicle back and they came up with a story about it had gone bad in that short amount of time. They charged me $1200 dollars to put in a used transmission and sent us on our way. Less than a week later the vehicle was back in the shop for the same problem. This time it was a hose that was causing a leak of the trans flud. It was replaced and we were on our way again. To make a long story short, this happened about 3-4 more times within a 30 day period,doing just enough to keep the vehicle going to outlast the 30 day warranty. DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM A JEFF WALLS OWNED FACILITY!!!!!!!
