Went in for oil change and needed to schedule for tire rotation… April managed to get both done for me back to back! Done pretty quick and much appreciated.
They look like they know what they are doing ! Very good group and work together well !
salesman answered questions... didn't make me feel rushed to make a decision... seemed genuinely interested in getting the product that I wanted.... showed me how to operate many of the functions that were new to me.... set up phone with on star and GM////
we had some misunderstandings and the staff there took care of them and made up for any small issues.
Austin was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, polite, patient and not pushy about a sale. We appreciated his overall helpfulness and willingness to answer questions in the future. Will ask for him to assist us in the future.
Always honest and trustworthy. The service department is very easy to work with and I would not take my vehicle anywhere else.
