What Others Say

Working with Dillon was a pleasure. He was very professional and delightful and made us feel welcome. Thank you Dillion for making us feel like family

Ashton is Very professional and not ‘high pressure’. Knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Pleasure to work with

We found the car we were looking for an advantage. Acura of Naperville could not have made the process, more smooth or easy. I don’t believe anyone out there would say buying a car is the best experience in the world, but I can honestly say this was tops as far as no stress and ease of the entire process! John Nanni Was our sales person, and he was very knowledgeable, polite and easy to deal with, and we would recommend seeing him! Finance was a very simple process as well. Overall, we had a great experience, and we will buy another car from the dealership!

We've bought 6 cars in 18 years from Naperville Acura, and were fortunate to have one of the most laid back and helpful guys I have ever worked with in the world of auto sales. And then Advantage bought the dealership and they cleaned out all the older/experienced/expensive people. And they gave us an 18 year old to work with. Great kid. I have no problems with him. But why ruin a working relationship? This years TLX purchase went to another dealer farther away: better deal from a dealer that seems to care a bit more.

Called to schedule an oil change. On the phone call with a service advisor I informed them we have an extended warranty with endurance that includes a maintenance plan with the hi line plus, meaning they pay up to $95 for an oil change. The phone rep said that would be fine and just bring our warranty card with us. We arrived 5 minutes early to our scheduled oil change and I provided the older gentleman with our warranty card that is accepted by all dealerships. I was asked by the service department rep if I bought the warranty plan at Advantage Acura, I told him no. The rep then proceeded to tell me it is only good at the dealership I purchased it at. I told the rep that is not accurate. I asked him to call the number on the card as they pay for our oil changes. The rep then told me no. I told the rep we use it at all the Acura dealerships in Texas and Louisiana. They cover more expense than the cost of the oil change at this location. The rep than said to me that they accept Endurance Warranty coverage on mechanical issues but not for maintenance work. It was glaring obvious this older gentleman had no idea what he was talking about. I drove out of the service area and called the General Manager who didn't answer, I also left him a message and no call back. I then called the Service Manager who didn't answer and left him a message as well. No call back. Is this because we have out of State plates? Or because my plates clearly State-DISABLED VETERAN? Or because my plate frame says 75th Ranger Regiment? Either of these will cause me to never go back. If they treat you like this to your face, imagine what they are doing to your vehicle when you are not watching. Avoid them, dishonest or worse, incompetent. Craig

Great sales and financing teams, ask for Abe and Tony, respectively. My wife loves her new Acura.
