Was looking to buy a Silverado. Found one on Blaise Alexander in Sunbury website. Was in contact with them all week about the vehicle. Was unable to go sooner to look at it due to work. Had an appointment on Friday at 11 to look at it. I showed up at 10 because it is a 2 1/2 hour drive. Just to find out they sold the vehicle the night before and didn’t even try to contact me as was promised they would. Very disappointing and I don’t like being lied to. And on top of everything they sent me an email after I left reminding me of my appointment at 11. I will never deal with these people again or any Blaise Alexander locations. Wish I could give them negative reviews.

I was told I had a final deal heard it from the general manager heard it from the salesman agreed to it got a phone call four hours later and said the price got raised $2000 I don’t feel that should be my fault they should eat, at least half of that they are not willing to budge

We have always been Ford people and I really had no complaints about them but decided to try a Cadillac XT5 for a change as I love the SUV style.
