My oil change I was happy with They told me that I needed a upper radiator hose replacement and to fix it parts and labor would be over $500 I had a friend check the leak and found out all it was just a washer $2.00 fix. Not to happy with your service technician that said it was the hose. I saved over $500 by having someone other than your service department find a simple fix!!! That's a good way to loose business in the future. I hope you look into this matter. I've bought several vehicles from your dealership in the past and have always been satisfied. Not to impressed this time. A $500 mistake is not good business. Ha ve a good day!
