Friendly service and offered to transport me while service was performed. He did not need to do that.
The Service Recovery Specialist Michelle (not sure if that is her actual title) and the service manager value their customers which is evident in the follow up the do to make sure their customers received the highest level of service.
They are very busy but were able to get me in. Communicated well and was happy to get a loaner car.
Pick up and delivery of my car is a 5 star in customer service and getting it done in a timely manner adds to that.
