Came in without a appointment. Dealership was extremely busy but we were greeted immediately by the Sales Manager. The Sales Rep my agent had been negotiating with was tied up so we were introduced to Brandon Slowik to help us with the test drive & the paperwork--he was great! Friendly, knows his stuff, really smoothed out the sales process. Did the test drive, finalized the sale, scheduled the pickup smooth as glass. By the way, the facility itself is stunning--even has a coffee bar that serves lunch! If you want a different car buying experience, this is the place & Brandon is the guy.
Alex at Columbia Kia went above and beyond for me. He treated me like family and he makes sure Veterans are taking care of as a fellow Veteran. Highly recommended you go see him.
Service was great. I have really enjoyed working with them. I bring my car and my wife's car to them. They do need to streamline their online boking tool to allow people to choose to drop a car and wait while it's being serviced.
Working with Jay was just fine. However I did order a vehicle only to find out it was balanced out, meaning not going to be built. I would have liked the dealership informing me of this vs me contacting Ford.
pick up and delivery was very convenient, work was completed quickly and correctly. Fast friendly service.
The people in the service department couldn't be any more competent, professional or polite! It was Kevin and his wife, whose name escapes me.
