What Others Say

Worked with Michael Willer and the process was fast, smooth, and easy. Extremely happy with the deal on my purchase.

Every single time I have interacted with International Autos in West Allis it has been a bad experience. I’ve had BMWs since 2006. I’ve attempted to buy my 2023 from these folks and it was terrible, I also attempted in 2022 and it was terrible. Both cars I ended up getting at Umansky. Much better experience. I’ve used them for service and while the guys are nice, the work is substandard. Do not recommend. I kept going back because they are close to my house and i figured it was just the person I’ve talked to each time and it’s BMW - how could it be bad. But, I’ve finally come to the conclusion that this location just really isn’t a great brand representative for them.

I would give them a zero star if there was one. Terrible dealership, very rude and unprofessional. Simply don’t won’t to work. I would not recommend them at all.

Bassim Farhoud ,Finance Manager International Autos BMW,Lies deception and unwillingness to be upfront about financing. Stay far away from this place. So the first ploy was to position my fiancée as if her credit was shaky and tuff and she had in his words “ A SLEW of things to take care of but he’ll see what he can do( 1st 🚩 flag). Not only did we have reports and scores in position for the best finance rates advertised by lenders on the market we had copies of credit reports before going to dealer both FICO 2 and FICO 8 and overall FICO. We didn’t let them know this. However Given they were in top shape we decided to let the dealer run financing because in the words of the finance manager they don’t take outside financing from any bank and they ( the dealer has to do the financing). This is when Bassim Farhoud Finance Manager returns and try to imply that credit is worse than it is ( second 🚩 red flag). Gives us a best they can do rate at 4.99. Us doing homework and both getting lower rates before visiting dealer I knew this was high based on her credit profile. The biggest laugh is this dude positioning it as if he’s doing a favor . This grease ball! Came back after the weekend with our own financing at 3.89 from the same bank he said had the higher rate. Said he’ll check with the bank comes back and says the bank has nothing on file. Me: I have the approval with the loan number right here. Silence! I asked him maybe try looking up my loan number it’s right here. I Even had email from the bank with letter head. He refused to look at it ( 3rd 🚩 red flag). Even when proven wrong with circumstantial proof he tried to position him self oblivious to what I’m showing him. In all this. I know how dealer financing works. They get a buy rate which will allow them to match market rates banks advertise to the public, i.e. banks advertises 3.89 dealer doe’s financing and gets 2.89 from bank (the buy rate). This way they the dealer can make 1% on the financing and match the market rate from bank. The issue here was this grease ball and his ability to be oblivious to facts presented and taking the buy rate up over 2% far above market rate and trying to imply issues with credit to make it sound justifiable. However we ended buying direct from A factory Lexus dealer with the 3% rate we got going directly to the bank he said was offering 5% without out dealer mark up. I only went back up to this place for an explanation on inflated mark up and see if he was man enough to redeem himself and also like MONEY BAG YO “ I had time today. You better have wits about yourself and buying a car before dealing with this place. Modern day red lining but with cars. I guess me being young and Black I wasn’t suppose to know any better 🤯.m

Please stay away from this lying dealership. Brian (younger gentleman) is by far the worst car salesman I have ever dealt with. He has 0 knowledge but acts like he knows everything. We tried to return a lease that we purchased from this dealership. Brian butted in while we were working with another very pleasant gentleman. Brian told us that BMW requires OEM tires to be placed on all lease returns. I went online and found OEM tires and proceeded to show them to him, he looked at the tires, saw they were cheaper than his quote and proceeded to say they aren’t the exact same tires the car came with. Mind you this is after the GM of the dealership told us that we can take the car equip ANY run flat tires and bring it back. After multiple times of going back and forth asking Brian to show us on our lease agreement where it states anything that he is claiming he proceeded to “call” BMW corporate to ask them. After being on the phone for 3 minutes he runs off to his GM’s office, I proceed to ask him what they said and he replied “I can’t talk to you I need to speak to my manager first”….. after a few minutes in the office he comes out and says “yah BMW confirmed it has to be the same tires as the car originally came with.” At this point we had been at the dealership for 2 hours going back and forth with this lying clown. The GM shortly gets involved and basically told us either sign the paperwork or leave the dealership and have a 3rd party appraise the car which he assured would cost us 2x more than the dealer quoted us. My gf who does not like confrontation was in tears from the way we were being treated and panicked and signed the paperwork. When we left I proceeded to immediately call bmw corporate myself. It took me about 5 min just to get someone on the phone let alone another 10-15 for them to find the correct answer for me regarding the tires. BMW also notified me that every call that goes through from a dealership they can see and that there is no record or call at all from Brian. At that point I knew the kind of place we were dealing with. Shortly after the gentleman on the phone confirmed that BMW has never had a policy that required lease returns to have brand new tires let alone the same exact tires that the car came with. I explained my entire experience with International BMW and they were absolutely baffled. I escalated the case to the corporate complaint department and hopefully they will do something about this. Brian, if you’re reading this I really hope you go and get properly trained before you open your mouth to customers. I am not sure who allowed someone like him to represent such a prestige company but i am truly sorry for anyone who has to work with him in the future. PLEASE BE AWARE OF HIS WAYS AND DO NOT GET SCAMMED LIKE WE DID.
