What Others Say

Saw a low mileage car for $2500. Put in an inquiry and figured I’d pick it up the next day. They sent me a message saying they’d assign the car to a salesman who would contact me soon. A few days later I read that this company has many cars for $2500 and that is the down payment. A few days after that a salesman contacted me. By then I was ignoring them. Bait and switch!

Purchased this car from Car Collection in Tampa. Scott handled the transaction perfectly. Car is great! It was a pleasure to deal with Scott. He processed the paperwork very quickly and addressed a couple of minor issues immediately. Also recommended a great window tint shop close by. A very positive buying experience as they put on a clinic in customer service. I highly recommend you check these guys out.

If you buy a car here, make sure you get it thoroughly inspected! I bought a 2007 mercedes SLK that was in mint condition, however when I brought it in to my garage for an oil change 28 days later, they would not let me leave with the tires showing steel. I was furious that Car Collection sold me a car with tires that were worse than bald ..and they knew I was going to be driving down to Ft Lauderdale on them. I tried to get in touch with the sales manager over there, but apparently, I was supposed to know that he was on a cruise and he was the only one in the whole company that reads email. When he returned a few days later, after no one there bothered to return my emails, he turned it around on me, saying, "I don't like the way you are handling this situation. I had no idea that the car had bad tires. I would have helped you, but because you are so angry, forget it" He was rude condensending, and even insulted my trade in. He finally did send a very partial refund for the tires, becasue he said he would only put used tires on it for me.
