Excellent, timely service, with great communication. Fred Romsey always goes out of his way to determine what service is requiired, and make certain that it's provided.
Service at Mercedes Benz of Sudbury was efficient and the service advisor ( Fred ) was informative and friendly. Waiting in the customer lounge was very pleasant.
Minute I stepped in to the dealership I was welcomed by Anna and she was very professional and not pushy She did give me enough time and space to make my own decision I would highly recommend this dealership and Anna The whole transportation went very smoothly
The pace is clean and people are very nice. Vrezh was great. We purchased 2 vehicles for our company and the process was quick and easy.
They found the exact car I wanted! I left very happy with the excellent service and quick turnaround.
Overall, the purchase experience was good, though the salesperson seemed rushed toward the end of the workday and reminded me that he had to leave by a certain time. So I felt somewhat rushed, though it was 6 pm so I understand. The experience after the sale was worse and the salesperson was much less responsive and helpful. I eventually had to contact the manager to get help with my registration.
