I have been a long time Jeep owner and newly purchased a 2020 Jeep Wrangler. I am planning a trip and recently bought a roof top tent for it. Realizing that i needed a roof rack to go with it i attempted to order one online and this did not work well. I am happy to say i called parts dept. and they ordered me the right rack and it was in the store within a few days. I have no experience with installing a rack like this so i inquired about how much this would cost and was dismayed to be quoted $580 and was told based on what i ordered it would take the shop 5 hours to install. This didnt seem right, so i picked up the rack and took a shot at installing it myself. Again i was dismayed to realize i had been over-quoted, i often times believe its because i am female. It took me all of 30 to 40 minutes to install. Not cool Jeep Findlay

It was just another annual change at the fine folks at Findlay. Did not buy my truck here but it was always serviced at this location.

Great customer service…..and they have sold us 4 different Jeep’s over the years. We will continue to drive from our home in Spokane Valley to Idaho to receive our vehicle services.

In for Air conditioner not working and oil change. Got right in and out with no problems and they rotated my tires on my request. Even wash my Jeep. Great job.

Courteous staff and service done on time and correctly. Wait room was clean and comfortable. Like the free beverages! I will be back for sure!
