(Outstanding) services provided to me by Park Ford of Gainesville's service department, led by Mr Devon Pokorny and his staff of well-trained technicians I was notified several days in advance of my appointment time my vehicle would be picked up and was made aware of the things I asked him to look at questions asked by mysely answers given by my Pokorny was told that all answers could not be answers until his tecks untillall tasks were completed, honest answer, vehicle was deliver back to me just like it left me Mr Devon you, your staff and service dearpment deserve more than a 5 star I am pleased an I will see you for my next service.
I had an oil change and tire rotation done and the cost was very reasonable.
Mr whitehead was very helpful and pleasant to work with I give him a 9 Perhaps I wasn’t as prepared as I should have been Thought all service. Had been done on vehicle had to wait longer than expected still a little unclear on last service and oil change date and mileage just want to be sure I all personnel were very helpful would recommend
Service was slow. Over 21/2 hours for routine maintenance. Didn't address an issue I had with it.
