They are running quite the warranty scam. Promise all kinds of coverage, but then deny even the simplest claim, and make it impossible for you to get the warranty refunded
It was a good experience and we were pleased with the process. would buy a car from them again.
Do not buy from this Dealership, I purchased a used 2014 2500 Cummins, immediately had issues with truck, Tpms system, oil leak from oil pan, knock sensor, ebrake, heated seats, two different sets of tires, a bunch of issues, I bought the extended warranty that they said was Gold. Well when it came time to fix things the warranty magically didnt cover anything, I was told there were NO issues with the truck when I was buying. No one will return your calls. No one. To them its all about the money, they dont care who they screw. Pitiful dealership. Do Not Waste Your Money. Went as far as sending the owner a email. No reply. Bought the Truck on Dec 8th. From Dec 8th to Jan 17th, they had the truck at the shop for the same amount of time it sat in my driveway and nothing got fixed except the knock sensor.
Hunter made the car buying experience great, talked me through the whole process. Ended up with a great new ride.
Everyone was great. Friendly. No pressure. I told Hunter Huffman, who is my grandson-in-law, I wanted to make the purchase from him. He told me that wasn’t important, what was important was me being happy with my purchase. I am. Thanks to everyone at Marshall.
