I knew I wanted to work with Jack Coco after my test drive with him. He is upfront and honest, and I truly appreciated it, considering it was my very first time purchasing a brand-new vehicle. I did the majority of my negotiating via email and phone, and Heritage was very responsive and patient. From start to finish, Jack made sure I was satisfied with my decision and purchase. He even took the time to show me all the features in my car before I drove off the lot. I will recommend Heritage Hyundai Towson to anyone looking for a great deal and excellent service.

My first new vehicle purchase in nearly 20 years. Danny was patient, answered questions and gave me a fair price on my new Palisade. He gave up a really good smelling lunch to arrange our purchase. Demetria didn't pressure sell add-ons and explained our financing clearly. I selected this dealership because of the inventory, pricing visibility online and comments about the service center. I am not a big fan of dealerships, but it is easier to come back when treated well.

Had an excellent experience with Phillip Hausley! He listened to what I was saying about what I thought I was looking for and the concerns I had with what I had test driven elsewhere and at this dealer and I ended up loving the Santa Fe! Everyone was helpful and friendly and no pressure. I was given space to make my decision and completed the purchase without stress, though it still took longer than it should have, as is always the case. Highly recommend!
